Great shop. Never had issues with communication or shipping. Have always been super helpful, even when something is my fault, like over-torquing some proprietary rotor bolts. Wheel build quality is excellent. Alloy hoops still true after around a year whereas I cracked my OEM pair in 6m. Prices are also some of the best around. Cant say enough good things about them.

I am really impressed with the custom wheel building service offered by The Brig. Their website makes it easy to configure your wheel or wheelset and you can see the price and weight as you make selections. I ordered a Yama / Prodigy XC wheel and was blown away by the quality of components and the build. I have owned a lot of custom wheels but this is by far the best yet! Initial issues with package shipping (Aust Post showed 'pending' for a couple of weeks) were promptly and politely resolved with a new replacement product being shipped.

I contacted Eugene prior to ordering some custom XC wheels. Once I ordered the wheels, along with a few unrelated spare parts, the entire shipment arrived in a couple of weeks. Build quality seems good and I am really enjoying the ride quality. I was looking for a light wheelset and the final weight is consistent with the advertised weight on the website. A good experience.

I have purchased many items from the Brigg online store and shipping is always fast and products are as described and great prices. I would much rather pay less money than get pretty retail packaging, as most products come in workshop packaging, which is a great saving. My last purchase was a Trail set of Wingman Origin Carbon MTB wheels with DT Swiss 359 DEG hubs. Apart from sometimes slow email communication, all went perfectly and I now have a nice set of Carbon rims on my MTB. Love the sheen on the raw carbon. Really great value, will continue to shop at The Brigg for some bargain upgrade...
