How it works

To avoid the hassle and cost of posting a whole wheel we ask you send just the hub.

1. First remove the rotor and cassette from your hub. It is important to do this before cutting the spokes or it becomes difficult to remove cassettes and lock rings.
2. Cut the spokes and remove them from the hub.
3. Post the hub using the return paid label we create for you after filling out the form below!
4. That’s it! Sit tight while we resurrect your wheel
