Hayes Dominion Calipers are quite large and require the use of specific adaptors. 

This adaptor spaces out 200mm PM mounts for 220mm rotors.

Many very recent gravity frames are 200mm PM. 

DH Forks and the Rockshox Zeb comes with a 200mm PM mount.
